Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on every item purchased through our website.
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Additional duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

 

 

Order Dispatch & Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India):

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is between 1 to 10 business days, depending on the location and product type.
  • Exact delivery estimates are available on each product’s detail page.

     

International Orders:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days from the order date.
  • Delivery time is generally 15-20 working days from dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
  • For custom rugs, delivery time depends on production complexity — the more intricate the design, the longer the timeline.

 

 

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • An WhatsApp confirmation on your registered phone number

 

 

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, call us at +91-9696117649 or email customercare@globalruggallery.com.
  • Cancellation is only accepted before the order is dispatched.

If cancellation is requested after dispatch:

  • Domestic customers must bear the return shipping cost.
  • For prepaid orders, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Once cancelled, refunds will be processed within 3 working days via your original payment method.

 

 

Import Duties & Additional Fees (International Orders)

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the relevant customs or shipping authorities.

International shipping fees are collected at checkout.

Any additional charges (duties/taxes) are to be settled with the delivery partner at the time of receiving the product.

 

 

Quality Assurance

All products, including throws and rugs, undergo a strict quality inspection before shipment.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any concerns.
