Refund policy

At Global Rug Gallery, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hand-crafted rugs. However, if there is a manufacturing fault, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for items with a manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
  • Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Custom and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only on regular, non-custom products.

Important Return Conditions

Please provide multiple images:

  • One showing the product open for damage inspection.
  • One showing the product securely packed for return.

 

  • Original packaging is mandatory. The product must be repacked securely with all labels and tags intact.
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item passes our Quality Control.
  • In case of exchange, the new carpet must be of equal or higher value than the original.
  • Free return shipping is provided for exchanges and refunds within India.


 

International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Share multiple images:

  • Product open for inspection
  • Product securely packed

  • Ensure the product is in original packaging with all labels intact.
  • We will arrange for the item to be picked up at a mutually agreed time.
  • After receiving the item, it will undergo a quality check.


 

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after pickup from your location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after pickup and after receiving your bank details. (No cash refunds — refunds are credited to your bank account).
